Four Steps to DIY a Simple Christmas Wreath


Life is always about innovation and creativity. When you are getting your own creative ideas, why not take a look at this DIY idea to DIY your special Christmas wreath!

You can use some small sprigs of rosemary from the garden. Or you can refer to some other evergreens like ivy and yew. Just choose the flower or plant you like. If you haven't got any outside space, look for winter greenery on a walk in the park or the countryside.
DIY Christmas wreath

Basically, what you need are as follows:

● A good handful of rosemary or other evergreen plants
● 120cm of wire
● Pieces of string
● Scissors
● A beautiful ribbon

Step 1
Cut the wire with pliers to 120cm long. Bend the wire in half, and twist the ends together to make a circle. Continue to wind the ends of the wire upon itself to secure the circle.

Step 2
Weave sprigs of rosemary between the wire until covered.

Step 3
Tie three or four pieces of string to hold the stems in place.

Step 4
Add the finishing touch: a bow of beautiful and colorful gingham ribbon. Alternatively nice piece of velvet ribbon or white linen tape will also look good.

There it is! Your beautiful DIY wreath! You can put the wreath wherever you want a festive touch: like on the shelf or on the Christmas table as a pretty decoration in your home!
